Shipping Info

Most items will be shipped within 1 day of payment.

Items will be delivered through Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For within the United Kingdom. This will take approximately 1-4 working days. Please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery.

Items sent outside the United Kingdom will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed where possible. Please check www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-tracked-signed or email me for further details on International Tracked & Signed.

Where Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is not available, orders will be sent by Parcel Force International Parcel Delivery. Please check www.parcelforce.com
Both will take approximately 7-15 working days depending on the destination country and will require a signature on delivery.

All deliveries are tracked, and a tracking number will be provided on shipping for you to track your orders as they make their way to you.

Please note Royal Mail shipping times are in accordance with what is stated on www.royalmail.co.uk and are not guaranteed. These are for guidance only.

Please note, it is at the buyers risk, if in the rare case, an item becomes damaged or lost in the mail. In accordance with Royal Mail guidelines, 15 days need to be allowed for delivery. If you have any issues, please send me an email as soon as possible.

Shipping addresses are copied and pasted from your bandcamp order. The buyer is responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct. Refunds will not be given if the item is returned to sender due to incorrect details given.

Please note that custom charges and taxes may be applicable for international orders and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local authorities on the guidelines for this.

Where possible I will recycle packaging to limit my impact on the environment. If you are not happy for a recycled envelope or box to be used, please let me know in advance.

Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional charge. Please send me a message for further details.

Return Policy

If you have any problems, for example your order hasn't arrived in the time specified or you are not happy with what you have received, please email me and I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the merchandise you receive is faulty please notify me and return the item within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange.

A refund will not be given until the returned item has been received.
